Program Details:

The SonnePower aerial work vehicle's electrical control system is divided into two main parts. The chassis part is centered around a 7-inch display (SPD-070-Ax) and controller (SPC-SFMC-X2424C), with silicone panels and a remote controller serving as the user interface. The rotating platform part is centered around the controller (SPC-SFMC-X2424A) and is complemented by incline sensors, stretch sensors, pressure sensors, and more. These two parts are interconnected via a CAN bus, allowing them to receive commands from a backpack-style remote controller or local panel switch operations. This system enables various actions for the aerial work vehicle, including engine start/stop, leg deployment/retraction, rotating platform rotation, boom pitch extension/retraction, work bucket rotation, pitch leveling, and more. The 7-inch display can support 4G and dual-mode positioning with BeiDou and GPS, allowing integration with SonnePower's cloud system for remote monitoring of vehicle status information. The controller is CE certified and can operate within a wide voltage range of 8-32VDC, covering a full temperature range of -40 to +85°C. With configurations for up to 16 channels with current feedback, the controller can meet the requirements for safe, reliable, and smooth operation of the aerial work vehicle.

 

System Functions:

The SonnePower aerial work vehicle electrical control system consists of two parts: the chassis part and the rotating platform part, interconnected through conductive rings and communication via a CAN bus.

 

The chassis part centers around the core components, which are the 7-inch display SPD-070-Ax and the controller SPC-SFMC-X2424C. It uses silicone panels and a remote controller as the user interface. The 7-inch display can expand to support 4G mode and dual-mode positioning with BeiDou and GPS. It can also be integrated with SonnePower's cloud system, allowing remote monitoring of vehicle status information.

 

The rotating platform part is centered around the core controller, which is the SPC-SFMC-X2424A. It is complemented by incline sensors, stretch sensors, pressure sensors, and more. The controller can support configurations for up to 16 channels with current feedback, enabling precise and fine-grained control of the boom arm and rotating platform proportional valves.

 

The system can receive commands from both a backpack-style remote controller and local panel switch operations. This allows for the execution of various actions on the aerial work vehicle, including engine start/stop, leg deployment/retraction, rotating platform rotation, boom arm pitch extension/retraction, work bucket rotation, pitch leveling, and more.

 

Both the controller and display screen are CE certified, capable of operating within a wide voltage range of 8-32VDC, and have a broad temperature adaptability range, meeting the requirements for safe, reliable, and smooth operation control of aerial work vehicles.
